Partner
Dave Yost
Dave started assisting individuals with personalized insurance options in 2008 and found a great passion for the Medicare population. He quickly became one of the top-producing independent brokers in the country. He joined TLC Insurance Group in 2011 to further attain knowledge about the Medicare Market. Over the next several years, he developed a simple marketing system that allowed him to be one of TLC’s top agents and grow his business while ensuring he provides exceptional customer service. In 2017, Dave became an agent manager and opened Yost Insurance Agency. This has provided him a larger platform to expand his knowledge not only of Medicare, but of Annuities as well.
He has trained hundreds of agents and has developed his own management and broker training team over the last decade. Most recently, Dave has co-lead the recruitment and onboarding of a Fortune 500 Company in the Medicare Space.

Dr. David Mullane
David has extensive experience in training and mentoring others from his service in leadership roles with the YMCA and Camp Fitch, as a classroom teacher, and school administrator, and in a wide variety of executive leadership roles in public school systems and private sector organizations.
He earned his Doctorate in Education and Leadership from Youngstown State University in the spring of 2020 and is an adjunct professor at multiple universities in the state of Ohio. Throughout his career, he has always approached his work as a servant leader with a commitment to helping others which is exactly what he does in his work here at Yost Insurance.
He has extensive background in training, design, and professional coaching. Most recently, Dave has co-lead the recruitment and onboarding of a Fortune 250 Company in the Medicare Space.
