THE PROCESS
What does it take to get started?

The first step in the onboarding process is completing our agent data from and sending us business related documents such as your licenses, certificate of E&O insurance, and deposit slip. If you are ready to get started, click here to connect with us.
Initial Forms and Documents
Most insurance carriers now offer web-based contracts. We will initiate a request on your behalf and you will receive separate emails from each carrier with a contracting link. If you are just getting started, we recommend only requesting three or four carriers initially as you can always add more as needed. Other carriers still use "paper" contracts which we will send to you as PDFs. Our team will schedule a virtual meeting with you to walk you through the contracting process to ensure all is done correctly the first time.
Contracting
To represent Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans, we are required to complete annual certifications. The biggest piece of these requirements is a Medicare Training course called the AHIP. In addition, we complete carrier specific training for each carrier we chose to represent. None of these certifications are proctored or high pressure, but they do require time and attention. As always, we are here to help if you hit any roadblocks.
Certifications
We offer ongoing online and one-on-one training for our partners. Many of our trainings are recorded and housed on our Partnership YouTube Channel and in the Partner Portal on this website. Best of all, our trainings are designed specifically to focus on your whole business, not just Medicare Insurance Plans.
Training
Even though you will be training, contracted, and certified, you are going to have questions! We provide ongoing, and easily accessible, coaching to help you with client-related questions and general questions about Medicare and the industry. When you call us, we answer the phone and the majority of us are writing agents - not FAQ readers!
